    To be honest, the one punch man workout is equivalent to the marine corps. P.F.T. with 3 miles added. The P.F.T. is 20 pull ups dead hang, 100 marine corps. Crunches, and running 3 miles in 18 mins. For a perfect score of 300 points. This workout is legit and alot of anime workouts come from real life.

    Its not only 100push ups, 100situps,100 squats and 10k run. When saitama is a beginner he do the above workout till his body adapts . He also mentioned weightlifting in another episode .That means he do other lifting workouts . But if it is a rest day or a weight lift day he do the routine (100,100,100,10) everyday

    For me I would do all of the normal excersises explained in this video. Instead of running 6 miles I skated 3. It is much more fun than running.
