my 4 year body transformation,
I have been uploading videos for a long time, I uploaded a lot of different transformations including this one, a full documentary on how I got shredded and got to my best physique ever, the results of 4 years working out.
In this video i want to do it differently, so in this video, I am going to take you through my entire body transformation, untold stories and insights in how I did it and everything that happened.

    I made that mistake off going 110 percent everyday 7 days a week and it had the opposite result so for beginners like never ever did big workout gains only work out 2 3 days a week 1 skip a day 2 skip a day 3 finish the week

    i work out but just the pushups and other exercises, i get the motivation but loose it after a week just because of in our country the main breakfast is paratha( a dough that is rolled onto a thin circle and cooked in oil) with tea. i tell my mother to only give me oats but i cant resist when i look at the paratha and after having oats i eat the paratha :(

    i started with a decent body but when quarantine began i started gaining weight and i didn't like it so i decided to workout starting from the basics, puchups and leg raises, squats and a few more. i started to see a few changes but not as much as i wanted so i went on a diet a protein diet which requires me to workout as well. i went on this diet for 6 weeks and saw a lot of progress. now i have much bigger arms and i feel stronger but still getting rid of a few parts of fat in my body. i do have abs but i want to have the best body so i am still in my body transformation journey.

    Hey you know, I think you've got a point that could apply to me as well! I gain weight very easily (muscle as well, which is good), but it's a real pain to shred, requiring months upon months of dieting between 1,600 and 1,800 kcal/day and a lot of exercise for results that are... meh... and I struggle with hunger when dieting this way, I naturally eat quite a lot... I already have a kinda active lifestyle but I do remember that the periods when I felt best in my life were when I was really really active, and I should try to do it again! This would allow me to eat accordingly to my real needs to be the best I can! Thanks for the motivation :)

    what do I do, I am very weak I can barely do a push up. And after a day of just trying to do some half pushup things I did that were easier then real push ups (my knees on the ground) my muscles hurt should I just forget the pain and go on with that or should I take a 1 day break and when my muscles don't hurt anymore go on?

    It’s taken me a whole month to lose 4 pounds from 205 to 201. Going to the gym for 1hr and 30mins. 1 hr for weights, and 30 mins running. I go from Monday through Wednesday. The first 20 days I didn’t really look into what I ate. That was my fault. Now I’m eating healthy and drinking shakes that get rid of hunger for 4 hours.
