    The only smart thing I did was buying a tank of 20 L filled it up with water and I use it for the workout Since I feel it as a weakness, can I use the full tank to raise the raise the resistance of keeping the weight on the hands? Like let's say I'm walking around with weight on my hands(Let's say full shopping bags) and I have to probably walk for more than 3 minutes, can I work for that too?
