    @Johnny tsunami didn't exactly go to a doc, my trainer is a physician, so he said maybe a few months for it to heal slowly, but it might last longer than an year, for it to go away completely is actually a bit uncertain, might have to live with it

    @Browney holy fuck dude, glad u gucci now , during L sit something just like to you happend to me but instead of shoulder it happened in mid back and then tomorrow again but sudden and SHARP and much stronger pain and now its 3 months since injury happened, I am pain free last 2 weeks and can train whatever probably but just afraid to do everything now ;( , returning gradually

    If you actually unsure yourself i highly recommend reading the book, Cant Hurt Me from david goggins, maybe that would clear your mind. It is all about mastering your mind and defying the odds.

    Brother, why use weights and bands? For every muscle, there is an opposite. Correct stretching, only using your muscles as resistance and NOT FORCING it with gravity/weights/bands. Balance is the key health, for every movement you do, find it's opposite and you find your weak spots. You have many many more muscles beyond what you see in the mirror.

    You have shoulder impingement!!! Go to squat_university on insta they have a ton of excercises for fixing the muscle imbalance that causes this problem. Doctors are not necessary in your case since they will give you too light excercises or cortisone injections. In short, you need to strengthen ur scapular muscle, rotator cuff and serratus. You will feel immediate relief. Also stretch your chest and deltoids- they are likely iverstressd and putting pressure one ur joint. Easy 4-6 month fix!
