    personally for me, the best thing to do when I hit a plateau and I'm not losing any weight is to reset my metabolism by having a massive cheat day and the next day I usually wake up weighing less than they day before.

    Just a bit of insight, aside from she also gains muscle, drinking plenty of water contributes to the weight I did an experiment with before and after my workout weight I found out I lose .6 kg of water in my body, I just happened to do that because I became curious how much water do I lose HAHAHAH, BTW I always double check, Checked my weight 2-3 times before my workout and 2-3 times after

    Greek yogurt w/ sugar free pudding mix gives you that cheesecake creamy consistency :) I recommend ppl like laurenfitfoodie on IG. She makes protein fluff (I really hope this is the right girl lol) and its AMAZINGGG.

    Tell her to stop being concerned about the weight, u can lose weight, but gain muscle, but then have a Plato, so u can try doing things like one day of a high calorie and the next day a low calorie diet

    The most important thing I learned from this challenge is that 60 days go so fast if you work out 30 min each day you'll see a big change at the end... just think about the end result and it will keep you motivated!

    I really recommend reading or listening to the book 'atomic habits'. It explains the period of not losing weight really well! Just because you're not seeing it on the scale, doesn't mean you're not living healthy. Look at all the work you put in! Also I really recommend measuring your cm's instead of weighing so much, especially for a woman your weight can vary sooooo much. Standing still or gaining seems to be demotivating for you. Measure your succes with something else too like: my skin is better, if feel more energetic, my mood is better, i can do x exercise better, this clothing piece fits better etc! Good luck

    Hey super goed bezig. Ben de laatste tijd ook bezig met mijn gezondheid verbeteren. Eerst deed ik ook de knie push-ups maar die heb ik vervangen met pushups met een recht lijf tegen het aanrecht of met een minder heftige hoek tegen een deur. En over tijd de hoek steeds kleiner maken om het zwaarder te maken. (steeds een stapje verder achteruit) Dan kan je langzaam bijstellen hoe zwaar pushups zijn.

    als ik zie hoe ze traint snap ik ook wel dat het afvallen niet zo lekker gaat de meeste oefeningen worden verkeerd uitgevoerd waardoor ze dus weinig resultaat behaald .... en still zelfs met wat ze traint zou de progress toch wel iets beter moeten zijn. niet hatelijk bedoelt maar vooral door blijven gaan !!

    Hormones can slow down you losing weight or hitting a plateow. It happens to me from time to time, also intermediate fasting can also help, and it's not as u healthy. Keep up the good work. Your body is getting into starvation mode, and keep you from burning fat maybe?

    Browney, if she’s not losing weight is because her body adapted to the calories she is consuming and burning, so it needs to hold on to the fat to stay alive, that’s her brain working for survival, you can’t be cutting more calories like fasting because it’s gonna be a day that she can’t be 1 week fasting, you need to do the opposite and adding a cheat meal so her body understands that it’s ok to burn more calories because the calories are still gonna come back

    Try fasting mayby 16 hours makes it easier to lose weight when insulin doesn't spike as many times troughout the day, Insulin is the let's store fat hormone. When the body gets rid of the glucose from the food it's starts eating the body fat as fuel and takes about 16 + for the best effect, For some people diet and exersise isn't enough for the last bit of fat to disappear and fatty foods don't spike insulin as much and you get less hungry with less carbs aswell.     Hey! I just wanted to say I really like these videos, but I think it can be very stressful and demotivating to see that you are not losing weight, even more for women just for hormonal reasons but if you add the stress thing it can be even harder, so as someone who’s been on this journey myself I would suggest that she doesn’t weigh constantly! We can see how bummed she is when she hasn’t lost weight or even gained and that can be for soooo many reasons seriously! If you eat, if you drink water, if you sweat, if you go to the bathroom and even depending on your menstrual cycle your weight can change so quickly ☹️ I didn’t start seeing results until I stopped the every day weighing and wanting it too much

    You should definitely not weigh yourself every day. Like you saw yourselves, it even seemed like you had gained weight after not eating for 24 hours (which I really don't think is a smart thing to do...) but that is mostly due to all the water you drank.
